Soroptimist International of Adelaide Inc. is pleased to announce the Olive Johnston Travel Award, an annual scholarship designed to support tertiary-level women in South Australia who seek to broaden their knowledge and expertise by attending conferences or seminars, either face-to-face or online. This travel award offers financial assistance up to $1,000 and includes a one-year membership to Soroptimist International Adelaide Inc.
The Travel Award will be of a monetary sum of up to $1000, or such lesser amount as determined by the Selection Committee, and will be awarded by 1 September 2024. The winner of the award will also win a one year membership to Soroptimist International Adelaide Inc.Flinders University is a leading institution renowned for its innovative research, excellence in teaching, and strong community engagement. Conditions of Award:
- The Award is conditional on the recipient presenting a written report within six months of returning from the travel and speaking at a meeting of Soroptimist International of Adelaide Inc.
- The recipient must publicly acknowledge Soroptimist International of Adelaide Inc. as the donor of the Award whenever possible.
