Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All international students
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any full-time postsecondary program offered by Seneca Polytechnic
  • Admissible Criteria:
    To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Be international students applying to a full-time postsecondary program for a start date in January 2025, May 2025, September 2025, or January 2026.
    • Confirm their offer of admission before December 31, 2025.
    • Meet one or more of the following conditions:
      • Paying international tuition fees
      • Currently studying in Canada and interested in a second or bundled program
      • Possessing or obtaining an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
      • Enrolled in an eligible English pathway program in Canada
      • Currently studying at Seneca and applying for a new program.

Offered Benefits

The scholarship amount depends on the duration of the student’s program and will be deposited directly into the student’s account after Day 10 of the term:

  • One-year program: $2,000
  • Two-year program: $3,000 ($2,000 in the first year, $1,000 in the second year)
  • Three-year program: $4,000 ($2,000 in the first year, $1,000 in the second and third years)
  • Four-year program: $5,000 ($2,000 in the first year, $1,000 in each of the remaining three years)

Application Process

Eligible students will automatically qualify for this scholarship upon meeting the application requirements. To apply:

  1. Apply to a full-time program at Seneca through our  International Web Application before Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
  2. Confirm your offer of admission and pay the tuition fees as indicated in the fee notice.
  3. Enroll in the program and provide a valid study permit or Letter of Introduction if applying from within Canada.
