WMG Bursaries for Syrian Students for Master

Eligibility Criteria

• Students must have an offer to study on one of the WMG full-time MSc courses, starting 5th October 2016

• Students must be classified as overseas fee payers and have Syrian Nationality

• Students should be self funded. In the case where they are part funded and part self funded, the bursary will still apply

• The bursary will be applied to your CAS after the CAS is issued. You will not receive a new CAS - this will be electronically updated prior to your visa interview. Further information will be given at the time of Visa application.

• You are still eligible to apply for a WMG scholarship. Successful students will receive the scholarship in place of the bursary.

  Please note that the WMG Scholarship has a deadline of 20th May. The Syria Bursary has a deadline in accordance of course application deadline - 31st August 2016

Offered Benefits

All students with Syrian Nationality applying for a WMG Masters Course to begin October 2016 will automatically be entitled to minimum 20% tuition fee discount. This is a discount of £4,256. The remaining tuition fees for Syrian students are £17,024.
