Applications are now open for the Windle Trust International Master’s Scholarships for refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) currently residing in Sudan, South Sudan, and Uganda. The scholarships support postgraduate study in any subject at UK universities, with the goal of empowering individuals to contribute to their communities.
To be eligible for the funding programme, applicants must be refugees or internally displaced persons (IDPs) currently residing in Sudan, South Sudan, or Uganda. They must meet the organization’s standard postgraduate program criteria and hold official documentation confirming their refugee or IDP status.
Windle Trust International is a UK-based charitable organization dedicated to expanding access to education for refugees, displaced people, and conflict-affected communities in Africa. Established in 1977, the Trust has a long-standing history of supporting vulnerable individuals through scholarships, teacher training, and education programs in countries such as Sudan, South Sudan, Uganda, and Kenya.
