Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All nationalities.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Research degree programme in enabling planetary health in the Blue Mountains any subject offered by the University.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • Must hold qualifications and experience equal to one of the following (i) an Australian First Class Bachelor (Honours) degree, (ii) coursework Masters with at least 25% research component, (iii) a Research Masters degree, or (iv) equivalent overseas qualifications.
  • Must be familiar with the past of the Blue Mountains area and recognize the connection between planetary health and human good.
  • Must be prepared to work in transdisciplinary academic and policy environment.
  • Must be enthusiastic and highly motivated to proceed with advanced studies.

Offered Benefits

The Western Sydney University will provide $30,000(AUD) annual tax-free grant to sustain living expenses for up to 3 years. Those with a good record are eligible for an exemption from the tuition charge.
