Webster University International Freshman Scholarships, USA for Bachelor Established in 1915, Webster University is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of St. Louis (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Missouri. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Higher Learning Commission, Webster University is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational higher education institution.
