To aid international students in their educational journey by providing them with adequate finance, the University of Dundee has decided to award the Vice Chancellor’s South Asia Scholarship to international students in the UK for the academic year 2022-2023.

This scholarship programme has been set up for international undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolling at the University of Dundee. Students will be selected for this scholarship award based on their admission application. The scholarship award is valued at £25,000 in total.

  • Eligible Course or Subjects: The applicants can apply for any undergraduate or postgraduate programme in the field of Anatomy / Forensic Anthropology / Forensic and Medical Art, Architecture and Urban Planning, Art and Design, Biological/Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering / Medical Imaging, Business (Accountancy / Economics / Finance / International Business), Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering, Computing / Applied Computing / Data Science / Data Engineering, Dentistry, Education, Electronic Engineering, Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, English, Geography / Environmental Science, History, Law, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering, Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Philosophy, Physics, or Politics and International Relations, Psychology, Social Work offered at the University of Dundee.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must be students on international fee status.
  • The applicants must be domiciled in a south Asian country.
  • The applicants must have an admission offer for the applied programme at Dundee.

Offered Benefits

The applicants selected by the University of Dundee to be presented with this award will be provided an amount of £5,000 per year up to a maximum value of £25,000.

  • How to Apply: The applicants must apply online for admission first. There is no separate application process for the scholarship. All applicants that meet the eligibility criteria for the scholarship will be considered.
