Application Process
Department chairs are required to nominate potential candidates by submitting a Nomination Form, including a cover memo ranking the applicants, to the Dean of the Graduate School. Required documentation should be photocopies rather than originals. Selection is managed by a committee with representatives from each eligible department.
Successful candidates will be notified by March, and departments should aim to secure a commitment from recipients by March 14th. If a national response date applies, the Department Chair should notify the Dean, and the deadline for commitment will adjust accordingly.
