Valley View University is the world’s second-largest Christian school system. They offer four-year Distance Education degree programs in Business Administration and Religious Studies. Valley View University, a Seventh-day Adventist institution, emphasizes academic, vocational and technological excellence in a context that prepares lives for service to God and humanity.

In 1997 it was absorbed by the Adventist University system operated by the West-Central Africa Division (WAD), now West-Central Africa Division of the  Seventh-day Adventist based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. He was transferred to Adenta near Accra in 1983, where he operated in rented facilities until he was relocated to his current site near Oyibi (kilometer 31 on the Accra-Dodowa road) in 1989.

Valley View University Scholarships, Ghana Founded in 1979, Valley View University is a private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Accra (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Greater Accra. This institution has also branch campuses in the following location(s): Techiman, Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana (National Accreditation Board, Ghana), Valley View University (VVU) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Adventist religion. Valley View University (VVU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. This 40 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 70-80% making this Ghanaian higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The scholarship will be granted to study in any degree, postgraduate, postgraduate offered by the university.
  • For applicants who wish to apply for any undergraduate program, they are eligible to apply for this award.
  • Must have an Advanced CME level Passes in three (3) subjects (at least one of the passes must be Grade D or better). In addition, the applicant must have obtained credit passes (Grade 6) in five CME regular-level subjects, including English, maths and science subjects (for non-science students) and an Arts subject (for students of Science).
  • Diplomas certificates from recognized universities that are considered equivalent to HND with a lower division of second class can be considered for admission to level 100 or 200 in their area of ​​expertise, depending on the approved subjects.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good command of the English language
  • The applicant must have acquired work experience of two years after the HND qualification. Other Diploma qualifications from other parties assessed as equivalent to HND can be considered similarly.
