Eligible students from the above regions, who meet the entry requirements for 'direct entry' into the Bachelor of Laws degree will gain a scholarship for all four years of their law studies.
Students who meet University of Tasmania 'general entry' requirements will qualify for a scholarship from their second year onwards.

Application Process
Students will automatically be assessed for this scholarship upon submission of their International Student Application. No separate scholarship application needs to be submitted. Successful applicants will be advised in their offer letter if they have been awarded the scholarship.
In order to apply for the grant, aspirants are recommended to take admission in the Bachelor of Laws degree at the university. After taking affirmation, they will automatically be assessed for this application through the International Student Application.
Prepare electronic copies of the documents you need to complete your application. These may include evidence of your English language proficiency (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL), evidence of your academic qualifications, and evidence of your previous studies if you are applying for recognition of prior learning. All the documents provided must be the original document or a certified copy.
