UQ LGBTQIA+ Bursary for International Students in Australia Founded in 1909, The University of Queensland is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized town of St Lucia (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Queensland.   • Can demonstrate commitment to the LGBTQIA+ communities
  • Can demonstrate financial hardship
  • Are enrolled as a full-time student in a program at The University of Queensland at the time you apply
  • Have not previously received the bursary.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To apply for the award, aspirants need to take  admissions at the university, and then they can submit their application through an  online portal.
  • Supporting Documents: Candidates must submit a copy of the following required documents along with the application, i.e., an ID card, a passport photo in JPG format, a CV, and academic records.
  • Admission Requirements: Aspirants must fulfill the required conditions for their  undergraduate or  postgraduate degree field at the university.
