The University of Warwick is inviting applicants to apply for Doctoral Access Scholarships (Pathway) for the academic session 2026/2027, supporting exceptional PhD applicants who self-identify as Black or of Black heritage. The scholarship is open to candidates from any discipline at Warwick.

To be eligible, applicants must apply for a PhD program at the University of Warwick starting in October 2026 and self-identify as being Black or of Black heritage. Candidates from any discipline and with either Home or Overseas fee status are welcome to apply.

Successful applicants will receive:
Full payment of tuition fees.
Maintenance stipend paid at the prevailing UKRI rate for 3.5 years.
Research, Training and Supporting Grant (RTSG) of £5,000.
