The University of Turin is offering upto ten Annual International Scholarships for outstanding candidates. If you’re an international student with a residence permit for protection, and you’re planning to start your first year of university studies, you could be eligible for this support.

To be eligible for the “UniTo for Students at Risk” scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025 at the University of Turin, applicants must be international students who hold a residence permit for international protection, temporary protection, or special protection under Italian immigration laws.The University of Turin is a prestigious public research university located in Turin, Italy, founded in 1404. It is one of the oldest universities in Europe and is recognized for its significant contributions to research and education across various disciplines, excluding engineering and architecture. University of Turin Annual International Scholarships in Italy for Course Established in 1404, Università degli Studi di Torino (University of Turin) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Turin (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Piemonte. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Università e della Ricerca, Italia (Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, Italy), Università degli Studi di Torino (UNITO) is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: over-45,000 students) coeducational higher education institution. Università degli Studi di Torino (UNITO) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Open to international students with residence permits for international protection, temporary protection, or special protection under Italian immigration regulations.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Any subject offered by the University of Turin
  • Admissible Criteria: Applicants must:
    • Be born after January 1, 1995
    • Hold a valid residence permit for international protection, temporary protection due to the Ukrainian humanitarian emergency, or special protection
    • Have a foreign qualification suitable for enrollment in the 2024-2025 academic year
    • Submit their application via the Apply@UniTo platform by the respective deadlines.

Offered Benefits

  • Scholarship Amount: €11,000 gross per year, disbursed in three installments.
  • Additional Support Services: This includes welcome and orientation, cultural mediation, psychological support, and customized accommodation services for students with disabilities or specific learning disorders.
