Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All nationalities across the world.
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any subject offered by the university
  • Admissible Criteria: Applicants are eligible for this scholarship if:
  • They apply to study at UFV.
  • They are in their graduating year or have recently graduated.
  • Applicants must have a minimum overall CGPA (cumulative GPA) of 3.75 on all approved grade 12 courses
  • Apply to a degree program
  • Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 for each of their previous years at UFV to maintain the scholarship
  • Short-term visiting and exchange students are not eligible for entrance scholarships.
  • Preference is given to students applying to programs that award bachelor’s degrees.

The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) will provide CAD $20,000 ($5,000 per year for four years). There are ten awards available for the 2023/2024 academic year.

  • How to Apply: There is no need to submit an application for the scholarship. Applicants are automatically considered when they will apply to UFV for a bachelor’s degree program.
