The University of Sussex is inviting applications for PhD Studentship: Turbo-charger Control using a Turbo Speed Sensor. UK , EU and international students can apply for the studentship.

The University of Sussex has successfully developed a new sensing technology known as the Electro Potential Sensor (EPS) that may be used to measure the speed of the turbo, allowing direct control of the turbo speed.

The University of Sussex is a public research university situated in Falmer, near Brighton in Sussex.

University of Sussex PhD Studentship: Turbo-charger Control using a Turbo Speed Sensor Established in 1961, University of Sussex is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large town of Brighton (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), South East England. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Sussex is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Eligibility Criteria

The studentship will include a three year stipend at a standard rate (currently £14,296 per annum) and, in addition, fees at the UK/EU rate. Since the studentship only covers fees at the UK/EU rate, overseas applicants are kindly requested to state in their application how they propose to cover the difference between the UK/EU rate and the overseas fees.
