University of Portsmouth Global Academic International Merit Scholarship for Master

Applications are now open for the University of Portsmouth Chancellor’s Global Academic Merit Scholarship 2022 for International Students.

 For September 2022 entry onwards eligible students will be able to receive the Chancellors Global Academic Merit Scholarship. This scholarship will take the form of a £5000 fee reduction that will apply to your first year of study. This scholarship is merit based so students would need to have met all their offer conditions by 30 May 2022 (for September 2022 entry)..

University of Portsmouth Global Academic International Merit Scholarship for Master Established in 1992, University of Portsmouth is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Portsmouth (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), South East England. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Portsmouth is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Portsmouth offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • If you’re studying a University of Portsmouth undergraduate course, you must be a self-funded student on a full-time, on campus, course with annual fees of £14300 or above for 2022 entry
  • If you’re studying on a postgraduate research or postgraduate taught course, you must be a self-funded student
  • Only applicants who have been assessed as overseas students for tuition fee purposes can access this scholarship.

How to apply

Only candidates holding a 2:1 or 1st will be considered and the decision will be made based on the highest GPA score who fulfil the above criteria. If you are one of the successful candidates, you will be informed by Thursday 14 July 2022.
