University of Oxford 2024 AfOx Graduate Scholarships for African Students for Master


The University of Oxford and the Mastercard Foundation have established an innovative and ambitious partnership under the  Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program and the Africa Oxford Initiative ( AfOx). In partnership with the Saïd Business School Foundation, up to seven AfOx Graduate Scholarships are available for the 2025-26 MBA programme. 

Mastercard Foundation AfOx Graduate Scholarships are available for applicants who are African nationals, are ordinarily resident in African countries, and who can demonstrate a commitment to Africa's development. The scholarships cover course fees and a grant for living costs, as well as tailor-made training programmes, networking opportunities and support for students before, during and following their time at Oxford.

University of Oxford 2024 AfOx Graduate Scholarships for African Students for Master Founded in 1096, University of Oxford is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Oxford (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), South East England. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Oxford is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Oxford offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. This 923 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 20-30% making this UK higher education organization a very selective institution. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to African citizens who are ordinarily resident in Africa and who can demonstrate a commitment to Africa's development.

No separate application is needed, but you must submit your MBA application form by the deadline.
