University of Manitoba International Baccalaureate Entrance Scholarships in Canada for Diploma Founded in 1877, University of Manitoba is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Winnipeg (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Manitoba. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Manitoba, University of Manitoba (U of M) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Manitoba (U of M) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Application Process

  • How to Apply: In order to apply for the grant, applicants must take admission in an International Baccalaureate diploma program at the University of Manitoba. After that applications must be submitted to the Admissions Office.
  • Supporting Documents: Candidates must attach academic transcripts, certificates and resume/curriculum vitae.
  • Admission Requirements: For taking admission, applicants must check theadmission requirements of the program.
  • Language Requirement: If a student’s primary language is not English, they may be required to demonstrate English language proficiency to be admitted. Students with a grade of four or greater on the I.B. English examination will be considered to have met this requirement.

Benefits: Each scholarship holder will receive the award amount according to the tier set by the University of Manitoba.
