University of Manchester GREAT Scholarships for India and Nigeria Students in UK for Master Founded in 1824, The University of Manchester is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Manchester (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), North West England. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, The University of Manchester is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 40,000-44,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of Manchester offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 195 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: India and Nigeria students
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Master’s degree in the School of Natural Sciences or School of Engineering, School of Arts, Languages, and Cultures, School of Law.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • Scholarships can only be awarded to offer holders who are India and Nigeria passport holders.
  • be a citizen of a Nigeria or India
  • be motivated and academically able to follow and benefit from a UK postgraduate taught
    course.

Offered Benefits

The University of Manchester will provide up to £10,000 towards tuition fees for one-year master’s programmes in the UK.

  • How to Apply: The applicants must submit their admission applications via the application portal. All eligible students will be considered for this award.

  • Evidence of qualifications (certificates or transcripts);
