Requirements for University of Leeds Masters Scholarship

  • Nationality:
    • UK students or students from Commonwealth countries.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Applicants must hold an offer for an MSc programme within the School of Civil Engineering for the 2025/26 academic year.
    • The scholarship is open to self-funding or partially self-funding students.
    • Applicants must demonstrate strong academic achievement, relevant experience (e.g., professional, voluntary, internships), and provide a clear statement of interest in how the MSc program aligns with their career goals.

Selection Process

Terms and conditions:

  • The Scholarship can be awarded in conjunction with other University of Leeds Scholarships.
  • Excludes online courses
  • The Scholarship will take the form of a tuition fee reduction, with no monetary alternative.  The maintenance payment will be given once registration is complete and UK bank details have been submitted to the student Minerva portal.
  • The award of a scholarship cannot be deferred and will lapse if not taken up in September 2025.

University of Leeds 2025 Masters Scholarship for Engineering Students Founded in 1904, University of Leeds is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Leeds (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Yorkshire and the Humber. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Leeds is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Leeds offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
