To help make your way towards your career, the University of Edinburgh is offering the Business and Economics Scholarships for US Students in the UK.

Up to seven awards are available for the high performing candidates who enrolled in the undergraduate degree program in Business and Economics for session 2019-2020.

University of Edinburgh Business and Economics Scholarships for US Students in UK for Bachelor Established in 1583, The University of Edinburgh is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Edinburgh (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Scotland. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, The University of Edinburgh is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 40,000-44,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of Edinburgh offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. This 436 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be nationals and residents of the United States. Applicants should have applied through the University and Colleges Admission Service (UCAS) to commence an undergraduate programme of study within the Business School / School of Economics for the 2019-2020 academic year.

The scholarship is not available to students already on programme.

Offered Benefits

To take advantages of this program, aspirants must have to apply for admission in the undergraduate degree coursework at the university. After taking admission, claimants can access the award application form via MyEd web-based information portal.

  • You must have to attach a CV, personal statement, and portfolio, letter of motivation and letter of recommendation.
  • To apply for a place at Edinburgh, you need to meet the entry requirements of the university.
  • All seekers will be asked to demonstrate a level of English language competency, regardless of their nationality or country of residence.

Application Process

The scholarship deadline is 23:59 BST 19 July 2019.

In order to gain access to the scholarship application system applicants must have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh. Please note that, following the submission of an application for admission, it can take up to five working days for all system checks to be completed and for access to be granted.
