University of Dundee Vice Chancellor Africa Scholarship 2022/2023 for African Students for Master


The university of Dundee in the United Kingdom is currently considering applications from eligible and qualified Africans who are either currently studying with the university or have gotten admission into the university to study any of the eligible course program for this scholarship.

If selected, the scholarship will run for 5years but subject to be reviewed.

University of Dundee Vice Chancellor Africa Scholarship 2022/2023 for African Students for Master Established in 1967, University of Dundee is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Dundee (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Scotland. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Dundee is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Dundee offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 52 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an award, you must meet all the following criteria:

  1. Have an offer to study:
    1. A full time, Undergraduate course excluding any courses in the School of Medicine or the School of Dentistry OR  
    2. A full time, 180 credit postgraduate taught course over the course of 1 year. If you are studying a 2-year full time postgraduate taught course, you may be eligible for the award in both years.
  2. Be domiciled in an African country (please see Key Facts document for full list of eligible countries).
  3. Have International fee status as determined by the University of Dundee.

Offered Benefits

The University of Dundee is offering scholarships of £5,000 per year of study – up to a maximum value of £25,000 to applicants living in Africa.

Application Process

There is not a separate application form for this scholarship. You must apply to study a course at the University of Dundee first and your eligibility will be assessed as part of your course application. We will notify you in writing if you have received a scholarship.
