International merit awards at University of Chicago, USA for Bachelor Established in 1891, University of Chicago is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Chicago (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Illinois. Offered Benefits

The scholarship winners will receive an award amount of at least $2,000 at the University of Chicago. Scholarships can be awarded for four years of undergraduate study or funding for summer opportunities.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To apply, students are advised to enrol in the undergraduate degree coursework at the University by common application or coalition application at the University of Chicago. All first-year applicants are automatically considered for all available merit awards; no additional merit application is required.

  • Letters of recommendation
  • Admission Requirements: Candidates must hold a high school degree certificate.
  • Language Requirement: If your native language is not English are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or the Duolingo English Test (DET).
