The Scholarship was established in 2013 and is funded by the University of Auckland Business School. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to support students to gain the skills and knowledge required to launch a business career by completing a Master of Management or Master of Professional Accounting degree at the University of Auckland Business School.

Requirements for University of Auckland Business Masters Scholarship
- Domestic Student Status: Applicants must be domestic students.
- Enrollment Status: Applicants must be enrolled, or enrolling, full-time in one of the following programs at the University of Auckland Business SchoolAcademic Merit: A GPA or GPE of at least 6.00 (5.50 for M?ori and Pacific candidates) in the most recent qualifying program.
- New Students: Students who have already commenced study in the program are not eligible.
Selection Process
- Application is made to the Scholarships Office
- A Selection Committee assesses the applications
- The Scholarship is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee
