United World Colleges Scholarship Opportunities in Zambia

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: Domestic students can apply for this application .
Acceptable Course or Subjects: The sponsorship will be awarded in any degree offered by the university.
Admissible Criteria: You must meet the criteria to be eligible for a UWC scholarship. Check them out below:

• 16 – 19 years old (must be a maximum of 19 years old as of 1st September 2020).
• Applicants must be a Zambian citizen.
• Candidates must have completed Grade 12.
• Students must have academic requirements (ECZ Curriculum and GCSE: 6 – 10 points, IGSCE: B+ Average).
• Participation in community projects and extracurricular activities is a plus

Offered Benefits

• Full Scholarship: The sponsorship will cover tuition, food and boarding fees, and most textbooks for the student during their time at the institution.
• partial awards and Fee-Paying Places: Partial opportunities are offered first on the quality of the candidate then on their ability to pay.

• Supporting Documents: Download, complete and upload the following documents to your online application. Extracurricular Activities Form, Life Outside School Form, Financial Assessment Form, Parent/Guardian Consent Form, Academic Recommendation Form (you will need to submit 2 academic recommendations), Extracurricular Recommendation.
• Language Requirement: Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good command of the English language for the opportunity .
