The ISLA - Winter is for undergraduate international students enrolling in a post-secondary institution for the first time. Applicants must be starting their first year of a full-time 4-year (or 5 year co-op) undergraduate degree at TMU and paying international tuition fees in January 2027. It's for students who do well academically, volunteer, join clubs and show leadership qualities.
