- Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
- Working with field engineers to visit customers/employee sift the problem is more serious.
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems.
Requirements for Tizeti Network Limited Internship Programme
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0-2 years of work experience.
