Study Abroad and International Exchange Alumni Scholarships are available for International and EU students who attended The University of Nottingham as part of their degree programme from another university, i.e. a former Study Abroad or International Exchange student, and who returns to Nottingham and registers onto a full time degree course at The University of Nottingham.

The University of Nottingham Study Abroad and International Exchange Alumni Scholarship for Master Established in 1948, The University of Nottingham is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Nottingham (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), East Midlands. This institution has also branch campuses in the following location(s): Derby, Sutton Bonington, Lincoln, Semenyih. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, The University of Nottingham is a very large (uniRank enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. The University of Nottingham offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 71 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

You can apply for this scholarship if you are a national of (or permanently domiciled in) Africa, India or one of the countries of the Commonwealth listed on our website, are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes and already hold an offer to start a full-time Masters degree programme (including MRes) at Nottingham in the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences and Faculty of Science, plus some courses in the School of Geography, Institute for Science & Society, Institute of Work, Health & Organisations, and courses allied to Operations Management in the Business School.

Offered Benefits

Scholarship is towards 10% tuition fee for the first year only of a degree course.
