Applications are being invited for an outstanding program called Rosemary Lucas Postgraduate Scholarship provided by the Glasgow School of Art in the United Kingdom.

The Glasgow School of Art will provide the tuition fee £19,980 plus a stipend is £12,180 to the successful candidates.
