The Leaders Council Graduate Scholarship was established through a donation by the Faculty of Business Administration, which was made possible through the collection of Leaders Council membership dues, to assist students who are pursuing a degree in the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business.

University of Regina the Leaders Council Graduate Scholarship 2025 Established in 1911, University of Regina is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Regina (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Saskatchewan. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Advanced Education, Saskatchewan, University of Regina (U of R) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Regina (U of R) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 108 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 80-90% making this Canadian higher education organization a least selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

The scholarship will be awarded to a University of Regina graduate student who meets the following criteria:

  • Enrolled in any graduate program in the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business;
  • Registered and remains registered in a minimum of 3 credit hours in the upcoming academic year;
  • Student has completed a minimum of 15 credit hours in or towards a Levene program;
  • Student has a minimum of 85% CGPA;
  • Preference will be given to a student with volunteer experience;
  • Will be given to students who have demonstrated leadership skills; and
  • Student is required to submit a current CV highlighting volunteer and leadership experience.

Offered Benefits

$3,000 will be awarded to the recipient of the award
