The Abish-Frenkel Excellence in Biomedical Research Program, Israel for Master Founded in 1918, Hebrew University of Jerusalem is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Jerusalem (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education, Israel, Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 101 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 20-30% making this Israeli higher education organization a very selective institution. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent students that obtain a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, or related fields such as chemistry, computer science, engineering, or physics from recognized academic institutions.

Admission to the doctorate track will be based on bachelor degree grades and a personal interview, which includes reading an article and presenting a research proposal.
