  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:
    • Provide proof of Mexican citizenship (valid Mexican passport)
    • Hold a valid F-1 or J-1 visa
    • Demonstrate financial need through a personal essay (250 words max)
    • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
    • Be enrolled full-time:
    ??- Undergraduate: Minimum 12 semester credit hours per semester
    ??- Graduate: Minimum 9 semester credit hours per semester
    • Reapply annually, with recertification of financial need
