Carinthian University of Applied Sciences is introducing a TECH Scholarship for European & South American Students. The award is open for the academic session 2025/2026.
The program aims to attract new and high-potential students to the industries in Carinthia while fostering global engagement by acquiring highly qualified candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds. Additionally, the scholarship seeks to facilitate the integration and long-term retention of international students within the region, contributing to both their academic success and the growth of the local community.The Carinthian University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) is a renowned educational institution located in Carinthia, Austria. Offered Benefits
The TECH Scholarship for Master’s Students offers the following benefits:
- 1st and 2nd semester: Monthly scholarship of EUR 700.00
- 3rd and 4th semester: Part-time employment (maximum 20 hours per week) in one of the partner companies or the research department of CUAS (depending on availability)
- German language course free of charge (German for Beginners, Language Immersion Course) at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in order to enhance chances for a successful career entry.
Application Process
Interested applicants must complete the admission procedure at Carinthian University of Applied Sciences for the respective Master’s degree program. Upon successful admission, the following documents must be submitted to the International Relations Office at international[at]fh-kaernten[dot]at:
- Letter of acceptance
- Letter of application, providing a compelling explanation of why the applicant should receive the scholarship
- Letter of recommendation from supervisors, researchers, or other individuals who can attest to the applicant’s performance.
