The School of Earth and Environment, University of Leeds, is offering a number of sustainability scholarships worth up to £8,000, to students of outstanding ability, achievement and potential. The scholarships will fund the full tuition fees for UK/EU students to undertake a full-time Masters degree programme.
All our degrees are led-by the Sustainability Research Institute (SRI) within the school. The SRI is home to one of the largest academic groups of sustainability experts in the world. The SRI’s wealth of research helps to inform the content of our Masters degrees. You will also have the opportunity to interact with academics who are at the forefront of major global issues.
Scholarship applications can be made for any of the four sustainability programmes:

• MSc Environment and Development
• MSc Sustainability and Business
• MSc Sustainability and Consultancy.

Eligibility Criteria
You must first hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of an academic place on the eligible School of Earth and Environment Masters programmes for the academic year commencing September 2016, and be designated by the University as being of UK/EU fee status. All applications will be assessed on a competitive basis. A scholarship award cannot be deferred and will lapse if not accepted in September 2016.
