- How to Apply: To be considered for the Sussex – GREAT Scholarship (Ghana), applicants need to have received and accepted an offer of a place on an eligible Master’s degree program at Sussex. Most applications for master’s courses are made directly to Sussex through the postgraduate application system.
- To apply for the scholarship, applicants will be required to provide a statement of academic interest. Applicants should include information about the following:
- Their drive and ambition
- Their potential for positive impact when they return to their home country
- Any relevant work experience, skills, or extra-curricular activity that relate to their ambitions and/or chosen course
- Supporting Documents: Applicants must provide all the following documents to support their application:
- Provide a statement of academic interests
- Admission Requirements: Applicants need to meet the general entry requirements: at least an upper second-class (2:1) or lower second-class (2:2) undergraduate honors degree (or equivalent), depending on the course you are applying for.
- Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent grades in their most recent qualification.
- If applicants are international students, they may need to apply for a student visa to study in the UK. See visa information on the Student Hub.
- Language Requirement: If applicants’ are international students, they must meet the English language requirements or successfully complete the pre-sessional English course.
