Are you a student with a vision for positive change? Apply for a $10,000 Projects for Peace Summer Grants! Available to students from participating colleges and universities, this award supports community-centered projects that tackle the world’s most urgent issues.

Applicants must be students enrolled at one of the participating partner institutions at the time of application and nomination. Both U.S. and international students of any age, major, or year in school are eligible, including seniors planning to complete their projects in the summer after graduation. Projects can be implemented individually or with a team, and can take place anywhere in the world.Founded in 1800, Middlebury College is a prestigious private liberal arts college located in Middlebury, Vermont. Summer Grants for International Students in USA Founded in 1800, Middlebury College is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the rural setting of the small town of Middlebury (population range of 2,500-9,999 inhabitants), Vermont. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Middlebury College (MC) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 4,000-4,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Middlebury College (MC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Offered Benefits

Every year, 125 or more student leaders are awarded $10,000 grants to implement a Project for Peace, typically between May and August. The program encourages young adults to develop innovative, community-centered, and scalable responses to the world’s most pressing issues. Along the way, these student leaders increase their knowledge, improve their skills, and begin to see themselves as agents of change.

Application Process

Partner institutions design an application and selection process suitable for their students. However, proposal formatting and submission instructions must be followed. Student applicants should contact the Projects for Peace campus liaison at their college or university to learn about institution-specific requirements and deadlines.
