Start Online Scholarships for International Students at University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia Established in 1994, University of the Sunshine Coast is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Sippy Downs (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Queensland. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education and Training, Australia, University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 25 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: Applicants of all countries outside Australia are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Any bachelor or master programme at USC is eligible to apply for.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • Applicants must be offshore students accepted in any applied programme by USC.

Offered Benefits

USC will reward a tuition fee discount of 50% on the programme fee to the selected international students under this application .

Application Process

  • How to Apply: Applicants are supposed to apply through the exclusive student portal of the university. Eligible applicants will be considered for the opportunity .
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • Academic transcripts of high school or university
  • a copy of the photo/details page of the applicant’s current passport
  • Statement of purpose
  • 2-3 letters of reference
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants are required to have a minimum grade of 60% or above in their academics to be admitted to any programme at USC.
  • Language Requirement: The applicants are required to attain minimum scores in the following English language proficiency tests:
  • TOEFL IBT – 85
  • IELTS Academic – 6.5
  • PTE – 58
  • CPE/CAE – 176
