South Asian Regional Scholarships at Oregon State University, USA for Bachelor Established in 1868, Oregon State University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Corvallis (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Oregon.   • Language Requirement: Students must have the following:
