Sobhy Scholarships for course Founded in 1965, University of Kent is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Canterbury (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), South East England. This institution has also branch campuses in the following location(s): Medway, Paris, Brussels, Athens. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Kent (KENT) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Kent (KENT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 54 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to overseas, self-funded students only.

  • Applicants must hold an unconditional offer for one of the following courses by the deadline below,

    • MSc in Broadband & Mobile Communication Networks

    • MSc in Information Security & Biometrics

    • MSc in Embedded Systems & Instrumentation

    • MSc in Engineering with Finance

    • MSc in Advanced Electronic Systems Engineering

    • MSc in Wireless Communications & Signal Processing

    • MSc in Mobile Application Design.

  • The award may not be combined with any other funding.

  • The School of Engineering and Digital Arts reserves the right not to allocate this award to any individual applicant it considers ineligible.

Offered Benefits

The first 10 overseas fee-paying applicants to the courses below, who meet all conditions of offer by the deadline, will be awarded a £2000 tuition fee reduction.
