Seoul National University invites outstanding international students to apply for the Global EDGE Fellowship Program, a prestigious opportunity supporting PhD and combined Master’s/PhD candidates through full tuition coverage and monthly stipends.
Eligibility for the fellowship program is limited to international students newly admitted to a PhD program at Seoul National University for Fall 2024 or those entering the doctorate phase of a Combined Master’s and Doctorate program in September 2024. To apply, submit the following documents to your designated college’s administration office:

- Recommendation letter from an SNU department professor
- BK21 Four Project Research Participation Confirmation documents
Submission Deadline: Submit all documents to the Office of International Affairs (OIA) via your department by November 15, 2024. Early submission is highly encouraged.
