To be eligible for the Siddall Sheffield Scholarship 2026, applicants must be U.S. citizens who have previously studied in the U.S., are not UK residents, and have not lived in the UK. They must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably with a GPA of 3.7 or higher, and must be accepted into a one-year full-time Engineering Master’s program at the University of Sheffield by the time the scholarship is awarded.

Application Process
Apply for admission to an eligible Master’s program in the Faculty of Engineering.
Submit the Siddall Sheffield Scholarship application by 13 January 2026 (5:00 PM UK time).
Attach a reference letter from a faculty member confirming support for your proposed research project.
Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed online in March 2026.
Final decision will be communicated by 31 March 2026.
