The studentship is designed to give for international students who have a chance to study a research degree in Belgium and aims to help them with covering some of their study expenses.Ghent University is ranked among the top 100 universities in the world and is one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Belgium. Offered Benefits
The fellowships consist of a grant of € 1000 + one return flight ticket, for a minimum stay of two weeks, which is meant to cover (or contribute towards) travel and accommodation costs and living expenses. This means that additional funding will need to be found in many cases – note that we will only consider additional research funding, not personal resources. The visiting scholars will be given office space and access to facilities (such as the library) as Ghent University visiting scholars.
