The studentships are awarded at Kindergarten 1 up to Grade 11 (except Grade 6, Grade 9, and Grade 12) based on academic achievements, Scholarship Committee review recommendations, and a face-to-face interview. Scholarships are renewable if the recipient maintains qualifying renewal criteria.

Eligible Countries: Domestic students are eligible to apply.
Acceptable Course or Subjects: The sponsorship will be awarded to study in High School education offered by the University.

, students must meet the following eligibility criteria. Criteria for entry to Kindergarten and Primary:
- Members of the GKI congregation. (Letter of Membership from GKI Kwitang – One Year Validity – Renewed Yearly)
- Be enrolled as a student at a public or private school in the greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
- Kindergarten 1 to Grade 2 applicants shall sit in a trial, written test, and interview.
- Grade 3-6 applicants shall sit in SPM written test and interview.
- Demonstrate strong academic achievement (average score of 80 and above) and leadership skills.
- Completed and submitted all application materials to SPM no later than April 20, every year.
Criteria for entry to Junior High School and Senior High School:
- Members of the GKI congregation. (Letter of Membership from GKI Kwitang – One Year Validity – Renewed Yearly)
- Be enrolled as a student at a public or private school in the greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
- Sits in SPM written test and interview.
- Demonstrates strong academic achievement (average score of 80 and above) and leadership skills.
