The Schlumberger Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 Faculty for the Future Fellowships. This program offers funding of up to USD 50,000 per year to support women from developing and emerging countries pursuing PhD or postdoctoral research in STEM fields abroad. The aim is to empower women scientists and researchers to become leaders in their fields and contribute to the development of their home countries.
To be eligible for the fellowship, applicants must be women from developing or emerging countries pursuing PhD or postdoctoral research in STEM fields at universities abroad. They should have an excellent academic record, demonstrate leadership and community involvement, and be committed to returning to their home country after completing their studies to contribute to its scientific and socio-economic development.
