This scholarship programme is open for both domestic and international students applying for a master’s and PhD degree course at the university.

Schilt Studentship for United States Students in the UK Established in 1209, University of Cambridge is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Cambridge (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), East of England. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, University of Cambridge is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Cambridge offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: United States
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: Preference will be given to applicants proposing to study one of the following economics courses:
  • MPhil degree in Economics, Economic Research or Economics and Finance
  • the Advanced Diploma in Economics
  • a PhD in Economics
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must have to meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • Recent graduates or final year undergraduates who hold or expect to gain a first/upper second class degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject from any recognized university worldwide.

Offered Benefits

Eligible students will get education fund to cover the university and college fees for the academic session 2022/2023.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To be considered for the opportunity s, applicants first have to take admission in a PhD or masters degree programme at the University of Cambridge. After that, all applications need to be made using the University Applicant Portal.
  • Supporting Documents: Must submit two academic references, transcript, CV/resume, and statement of interest (2500 characters).
  • Admission Requirements: For taking admission, students must have to check the entry requirements of their chosen program.
