Are you a talented and ambitious citizen of Uganda and want to study for an undergraduate degree with a study fund? If yes, then Clarke International University is proudly announcing Rose’s Journey Scholarship Fund.

The study award is open for four eligible Nursing Scholars, enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at CIU for the academic year 2019-2020. The goal of the fund is to be able to support nursing students who are deserving, have demonstrated financial need.

Clarke International University is a private non-residential university in Uganda. The university will offer full-time, part-time, on-campus or via remote e-learning courses.

Rose’s Journey Scholarship Fund at Clarke International University in Uganda for Bachelor Established in 2008, Clarke International University is a for-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Kampala (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Central Region. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the The National Council for Higher Education, Uganda, Clarke International University (CIU) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 500-999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Clarke International University (CIU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. This 11 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 70-80% making this Ugandan higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: Uganda Citizens can apply for this application .
Acceptable Course or Subjects: The sponsorship will be awarded in any Undergraduate degree subject offered by the university.
Admissible Criteria: To be eligible for this application , applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate nursing program working towards a bachelor’s degree
  • The studentships are awarded to students pursuing bachelor’s degrees in Nursing in Uganda, particularly at CIU.
  • Unless specified, students must be in their second year of study
  • Candidates must have a demonstrable record of leadership and service to the community
  • Academic achievement
  • Demonstrated need for financial support to complete their studies
