The Passau International Centre for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies (PICAIS) invites international scholars and postdoctoral researchers to apply for its Research-in-Residence Fellowships. These fellowships support short-term research stays of 2–6 months (with the possibility of longer visits) in collaboration with a University of Passau host.
To be eligible for the fellowships at the University of Passau, applicants must hold a doctoral degree and have a research project supported by at least one faculty member at the university, who will act as their host. The program is open to international scholars and postdoctoral researchers who are not currently employed by the University of Passau. Preference is given to projects related to the themes of Europe, Sustainability, and Digitalisation.
