Offered Benefits

The RXD scholarship covers full tuition fees (Home/Overseas), a maintenance stipend (£21,237 for full-time study in 2024/25), and a research cost allowance of up to £1,200. It is tenable for one academic year, beginning October 2025.

Application Process

Candidates must submit their application directly to their current academic department by the deadline (Friday, 10th January 2025). Applications should include the following documents:

  1. A training proposal outline.
  2. A detailed description of the cross-disciplinary training program.
  3. A full CV.
  4. A one-page outline of the research project.
  5. Proof of guaranteed funding.
  6. A letter signed by the heads of both the home and host departments certifying their agreement to the proposed training program and financial arrangements.
