The bursary has the motive of support high achieving US applicants who will commence in the undergraduate degree program at the Northumbria University in the UK.

Raise Micro-programme for the US Students at Northumbria University, UK for Bachelor Founded in 1992, Northumbria University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Newcastle upon Tyne (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), North East England. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Privy Council, Northumbria University (UNN) is a large (uniRank enrollment range: 25,000-29,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Northumbria University (UNN) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 27 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.

  • Eligible Countries: Applications from the US
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any subject stream offered by the university.
  • Eligibility Criteria: For being eligible, you have to enrol in the bachelor’s degree coursework at the university.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To apply, you are required to take admission in the undergraduate degree program at the university.
  • Supporting Documents: The university may ask you for the following documents such as;
  • Transcripts and/or certificates for qualifications already completed
  • Copy of passport
  • Proof of financial sponsorship (if applicable)
  • Confirmation of UK immigration history including copies of previous and current UK visas( if applicable)
  • Admission Requirements: Students must hold a high school certificate.
  • Language Requirement: Ensure you have to meet the English language competency requirement of the university.

Benefits: Students will receive the amount of $2,000 which will be awarded as a first-year tuition fee discount.
