Purdue University Fort Wayne is happy to announce the Purdue Fort Wayne Academic International Scholarships, a prestigious opportunity aimed at recognizing and supporting the academic achievements of incoming international students. This merit-based scholarship is designed to facilitate the educational aspirations of deserving individuals who exhibit outstanding scholastic potential. The program’s primary aim is to foster a diverse and intellectually vibrant campus community by attracting students from around the globe.
The educational award is open to both first-time and transfer full-time undergraduate students who demonstrate a minimum GPA of 2.5. This scholarship program seeks to encourage academic excellence and recognizes the commitment of students who have paid their enrollment deposit and submitted all required high school and/or college transcripts.
The overarching purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial support and create a conducive learning environment for international students pursuing any undergraduate program offered at Purdue Fort Wayne.

Admissible Criteria:
- Full-time student (first time or transfer)
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Enrollment deposit must be paid
- Submission of all high school and/or college transcripts by the end of the first semester at Purdue Fort Wayne
Renewal Criteria: The Purdue Fort Wayne Scholarship can be renewed if the student:
- Has not completed their first bachelor’s degree at Purdue Fort Wayne
- Has been continuously enrolled with the university
- Has completed 24 resident credit hours at Purdue Fort Wayne each academic year (earned hours)
- Is in good standing for Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Offered Benefits
The scholarship is merit-based and is available each semester of enrollment, provided the student enrolls full-time and maintains satisfactory academic progress. The renewable nature of the scholarship ensures continued financial support throughout the student’s academic journey at Purdue Fort Wayne.
